I Run For Your Life was established in 2008 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, with a mission of creating and utilizing existing athletic events, where participants can raise funds for a cause of their own choosing. Our founder, who is an avid marathon runner, developed the concept out of personally experiencing the need for such a service. When his Father was battling a terminal illness, he wanted to heighten awareness and generate funding for its research. Once he learned that there were no current organizations that provided this opportunity, his mission became clear and I Run For Your Life was born...
